For ten years, I directed the a cappella singing group known as Little Old Ladies from Pasadena. All the members have now retired, so I am starting again. Unaccompanied singing has physical and emotional benefits. Our Wednesday morning meetings are ideal for retired or unemployed women and for stay at home mothers with school age children.
